Delete your account and data
You can ask Cirvo to delete your account and associated personal data. This page explains how to submit a request under POPIA and our Privacy Policy.
Request deletion
Email us from the address linked to your Cirvo account. Include the email you use to sign in and, if helpful, your name and phone number so we can verify ownership.

What we delete
- Your account profile (name, contact details, business details, avatar)
- Portfolio images and uploaded credentials you added
- Push notification tokens linked to your account
- Other personal data stored primarily for your account, where we are not required to keep it
What may be kept
We may retain limited records where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or financial record-keeping (for example wallet transaction references). Messages or job records that other users rely on may be anonymised rather than deleted in full.
How long it takes
We aim to confirm and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you once to verify identity before processing the request.
